RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and integrate process modules: thin-film deposition, litho, dry/wet etch and doping.
- Run split lots and analyse the electrical and physical metrology to isolate failure mechanisms.
- Own inline inspection and the defect Pareto.
- Set step-level process control limits and own the SPC charts.
- Translate physics into a recipe that survives production volume.

WHAT WE NEED TO SEE
- Working knowledge of thin-film and semiconductor process physics.
- Comfort with metrology: SEM, ellipsometry, four-point probe, profilometry.
- Data discipline — you reason from distributions, not single readings.
ADVANTAGEOUS
- Cleanroom process ownership experience.
- Silicon photonics or compound-semiconductor process exposure.
- DOE and statistical process-control training.
