DEEP-TECH HARDWARE · TALENT NETWORK
The talent pipeline for frontier hardware.
- SILICON PHOTONICS
- RF INTEGRATION
- SEMICONDUCTOR DESIGN
Exceptional graduates in applied physics, electromagnetics and nanotechnology get pushed into generic software work, because conventional recruitment pipelines do not understand hardware. We exist to close that gap — placing specialised engineers with pre-seed and scaling deep-tech ventures before the rest of the market catches up.
01 / MISSION
The bottleneck is talent, not capital.
The expansion of deep-tech hardware is blocked by a misaligned talent market. Graduates with genuine depth in photonics, electromagnetics and material science have almost no route to a company doing frontier work, so they take the first software offer they get. Meanwhile the ventures that need them are too small to be visible.
We sit in that gap deliberately. We map the talent pool, evaluate engineers on fundamentals rather than keywords, and introduce them to the founders building optical computing and AI infrastructure.
VISION
To become the talent network for next-generation hardware architecture — turning brilliant minds in physics and material science into the foundational builders of optical computing.
02 / DOMAINS
Five disciplines, one pipeline.
If your work lives in one of these five areas, you are in the right place. If it does not, you are not.
OPTICAL_PHYSICS
Optical Physics
Integrated photonics, waveguides, resonators, mode engineering and optical characterisation.
IC_DESIGN
Digital / Analog IC Design
Schematic capture, transistor-level design, timing closure, and standard-cell or custom layout.
RF_MICROWAVE
RF / Microwave Engineering
Transmission lines, matching networks, signal integrity, S-parameter and spectrum analysis.
MATERIAL_SCIENCE
Material Science
Thin films, epitaxy, doping, deposition and etch — the process side of the fab.
FPGA_EMBEDDED
FPGA / Embedded Systems
RTL, high-speed data acquisition, instrument control and real-time DSP at the bench.

GET_STARTED
Frontier hardware needs people who understand the physics.
Whether you are building a photonics team or trying to get into one, the first step is the same.
